No Returns & Refund Policy

At The Bronze Lab, we take pride in providing high-quality tanning accelerator products. Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, we operate a strict no returns and no refunds policy on all purchases unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

1. No Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unopened tanning accelerator products once they have been delivered.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged in transit,

  • faulty, or

  • incorrect,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos of the item and packaging, and

  • a description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement product,

  • store credit, or

  • a refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Tanning accelerators

4. Allergic Reactions & Product Suitability

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients before use. The Bronze Lab is not responsible for individual allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

We recommend performing a patch test before full application.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or parcels marked as delivered by the courier service.
